good place to chill when the weather is hot. iced coffee was good, the big table in the last photo was filled with people studying and using laptop but managed to get a seat near the counter. (those two tables are the only option to sit in) asked the staff for wifi but she said the wifi was only for people staying at the hotel, which was the only downside.

The ambience was just right – a bright and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel instantly comfortable, especially considering how close it was to the bustling Gran Vía. We were greeted by a barista girl who was absolutely charming. Her friendly smile and pleasant demeanor really set a positive tone for our visit. And the coffee? It was fantastic. You could genuinely taste the quality and care that went into making it. It wasn't just a quick caffeine fix; it was the perfect reward after our sunshine-blessed morning walk. Honestly, this coffee shop just hit the spot. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we're already talking about when we can go back. A great place for regular and specialty coffees, with a nice and quiet atmosphere for remote work! Andrea made us this incredible Summer Latte, and even gave us a recommendation for other specialty coffee places in Madrid—she really knows her stuff.

i love this chain but this is probably the worst of them that i’ve been to given its location - being in a hotel shouldn’t be a deal breaker but being in this one kind of is. they only sell to go and you feel unwelcome as a non-hotel guest. while i get not wanting to turn into a coworking space, they could be a bit less hostile to those of us who just needed a space to take a call while our apartment is having some construction done. that being said, if you’re a normal passerby, it’s great for a quick stop

Good place for a quick coffee before work/uni. The cafe is located inside the Letoh hotel, so a bit hard to find from the street. Can't really sit here, so the coffee is to-go only, but for under 3 euros it's a good deal

Service 5/5 Presentation 5/5 Taste 3/5 The staff are wonderful! The hot chocolate looked good, but it was watery and not as hot ad I’d like. The chocolate brioche bun tasted a bit bland, it might be nicer served warm.

Is located on a Hotel Lobby, but is worth it. Quiet place to be with your computer (plenty of plugs around). Nice atmosphere, and different pastries options. Including vegan :) Is super close to Gran Via, but far of the noise and crowd.
